About the Role:
Amazon India is hiring smart, detail-oriented, and analytical individuals to join its investigations team. This is a work-from-home, contract-based position (12 months), where you’ll play a key role in keeping our platform safe by identifying and resolving suspicious or risky seller activity.
If you have a knack for spotting unusual patterns, love solving problems, and are comfortable working independently — this role is a great fit!
What You’ll Do:
As an Investigation Associate, you’ll be handling a variety of tasks including:
Investigating suspicious seller transactions and behavior
Making accurate and independent decisions based on SOPs and tools
Recording your findings clearly with proper documentation
Communicating with internal teams and sometimes with customers via phone or email
Escalating issues when needed and ensuring follow-ups
Understanding performance data to drive better results
Meeting quality and productivity benchmarks
Who We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
A graduate in any discipline
0–1 year of work experience
Strong written and spoken English skills
Comfortable working with large datasets
Team player with adaptability in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Analytical and critical thinker
Able to work independently with high accuracy
Excellent attention to detail
Clear communicator with peers and managers
Aware of global business operations and goals
