📌 Job Description:

• Designation: Customer Support Associate (Contractual till 31st Oct)

• Nature of Work: Handling customer queries via voice calls

• Shift Timing: 24x7 rotational shifts

• Work Days: 5 days a week, 2 days off

• Daily Schedule: 9.5 hours of work + 1 hour break = 10.5 hours total

• Leave Policy: No planned leaves for the first 3 months after joining

📋 Eligibility Criteria:

• ✔️ Must be 12th pass or above

• ✔️ Fresher or minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• ✔️ Must have clear communication without major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)

• ✔️ Should not have appeared for any interview with the company in the last 3 months

• ✔️ Must be customer-oriented and ready for rotational shifts

• ✔️ Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

1. HR Round – General screening

2. Operations Round – Process understanding

3. P-Map Test – Aptitude & skills

4. Versant Test – Minimum score of 4 required

5. Client Round – Final interview via video call
